Tabitha WellCare & Resources LLC was founded in 2022 by Tannesha Clements, CHW (Community Health Worker), to enlighten the uninsured, underinsured, low-income residents of Darlington County and rural communities around the Pee Dee Region.
Mission
Our mission is to provide basic mobile WellCare & Resources to the uninsured and underinsured rural areas of Darlington County and rural communities around the Pee Dee Region. We provide free basic healthcare screenings & referrals, promote health education & trainings, and resources to help improve the overall quality of life in Darlington County, South Carolina.
Vision
